Established by the end of 2006, ISKAN’s Investments and Funds department is lead by a well experienced and professional team. With a vision to deliver world class safe investment opportunities, the company’s investments and funds department laid the foundation for the company’s diversification plans, enabling it to operate in different sectors such as finance, real estate and investments. The company’s new direction allowed it to efficiently meet clients’ expectations on a local, regional as well as a global scale.

The investments and funds department began operating when it first launched the Masaref Fund, a uniquely tailored investment product that operates within the banking sector in the region. Moreover, ISKAN launched its second investment fund, the Islamic REITs Fund. Following the introduction of ISKAN’s new funds and other real estate portfolios, the company began diversifying its presence outside Kuwait. This was realized through the establishment of new subsidiaries such as ISKAN International Development Company as well as ISKAN Oman Invest Company.
